Survey by Computer People, IT Recruitment Specialists

Research by Computer People, IT recruitment specialists found that 71% of technology workers are considering working overseas.

Of those surveyed:

92% said they were looking for a new job or watching the job market.
39% of permanent workers and 35% of contract workers are considering changing career.

The report also says that 77% of IT workers surveyed rate job security and career progression as extremely important or very important - this is up from 54% in 2008.

According to BCS, most Britons are not tech savvy!

According to the report, only 20% of the population are IT savvy.

How to clean a laptop screen

How do I clean my laptop screen?

Turn off your computer so that you can see the dust and marks on your screen.

Use a micro fibre cloth and use distilled water. Apply a small amount of distilled water onto the cloth so that it is just moist.

Wipe the cloth across the screen gently.

DO NOT Scrub and apply pressure.
DO NOT wipe the screen with tissue, kitchen towel, etc because they contain wood fibres.
DO NOT use window cleaner as it contains ammonia which can degrade your screen.
