Phishing Scam

I've received an email from Google asking me to confirm my contact details by clicking a link and completing a form. I'm suspicious.

Do not click on the link and complete for form. You will notice that if you hover over the the link that it usually displays a different website address. This is a phishing scam.

Google states on its Adwords Help the following:

"Please remember that Google's AdWords team will never send an unsolicited message asking for your password or other sensitive information by email or through a link.

If you've received a phishing email that attempts to fraudulently collect passwords, credit card numbers and other sensitive information, please report to us immediately by completing the Report Phishing Form.

If you ever need to change your account information, such as your billing details or your password, you should always sign in to your account from the main AdWords login page (https://adwords.google.co.uk) and make the changes directly within your account."
