It's inbox backwards! Xobni organises emails and is an 'Outlook plugin to search people, email and attachments instantly' http://www.xobni.com/

It's free to download and provides a pane on the right hand side which shows the email sender's contact details when you click on an email, which contacts you share, a list of conversations relating to the email sender and files exchanged.

It's easy to use and keeps track of your emails and conversations.
